Meet Susan Knorr

Marketing Monster and principle of SMK Advertising.
susan-knorrSusan Knorr, CAS followed her passion to become an artist. She made a career as a Logo designer and branding specialist. She created her first commercial logo design in 1990, "Dusseldor'fs on the Beach". Her skill for making unique and memorable designs has made a lasting impression on many businesses over the years. Susan has vast knowledge of the printing industry, offering print services since 1993. In 1996 she expanded her knowledge into the field of marketing and promotional products, learning everything about "how to grow your business". It was logical to add the internet solutions to SMK Advertising as the next step. In 2001 her online marketing and web design knowledge grew and she founded a team of creative artists dubbed "the marketing monsters". Susan loves to create marketing tools, brainstorm unique ideas and solve business challenges! She has been specializing in small to medium size businesses for over 20 years. She has a passion for helping, teaching and giving back to the community. She currently serves on the board of  ISES, the International Special Events Society Columbus, Ohio Chapter. In her spare time Susan enjoys painting, photography and riding her motorcycle. If you cannot find Susan just look for her near water... a beach, lake, or a swimming pool!

 

What is CAS?

The Certified Advertising Specialist (CAS) designation is awarded to professionals in the promotional products industry who have met rigorous educational requirements and demonstrate exemplary commitment to their profession. Professionals who have earned their CAS provide the highest standard of conduct and integrity.  Less than 2% of industry companies employ individuals who are MAS/CAS certified.
